Located just east of Tampa – in Dover, Florida; Hardeman’s Secret Garden is a sprawling oasis offering a variety of spaces to make your wedding dreams come true. Let’s take a closer look while I dive in into the magical spaces you can utilize and transform for your event.

THE GROUNDS

As you take your first steps onto the grounds, you’ll immediately be enveloped by lush greenery, manicured landscapes, and the delightful sight of greenhouses filled with blooming plants. Furthermore, this idyllic setting provides the perfect canvas for any wedding or event, setting the stage for a truly unforgettable experience.

PERFECT FOR: wedding ceremonies, receptions, corporate events, anniversary party, mitzvahs, galas and so much more.

THE ESTATE LAWN: This spacious lawn in front of the main estate is ideal for large gatherings and open-air ceremonies, allowing you to exchange vows surrounded by nature’s beauty.

The estate lawn is perfect for couple portraits, wedding party photos, cocktail hour and as a gathering spot before events.

The Amphitheater

THE AMPHITHEATER: Positioned at the garden’s main entrance, the beautiful space features a large artificial turf area, suitable for wedding ceremonies, cocktail parties, and mini concerts. Picture perfect photo ops on the semi-circle tiered concrete steps or amidst the estate’s natural beauty.

THE ORCHID HOUSE: The primary facility is a European-engineered 50’x120’ greenhouse that’s 20ft tall with a retractable roof and walls. The Orchid House offers charm and elegance which makes it an excellent choice for more large gatherings and receptions. Approved for all weather with a/c.

THE GARDENS

THE ORIENTAL GARDEN: Step into a serene world of tranquility and beauty and you’ll immediately notice its charm of offering a picturesque spot for bridal portraits as well as an intimate retreat away from the hustle and bustle of your guests. Here, amidst the peaceful surroundings, you can capture those precious moments that truly deserve to be cherished forever.

The Tropical Garden: Get lost in a tropical paradise, complete with exotic plants, waterfall and a serene pond. It’s a stunning location for wedding photos, cocktail party or reception.

The Formal Garden: For a classic and sophisticated celebration, the Formal Garden is the place to be be. Aside from having manicured hedges and a timeless design, it sets the stage for elegance so it’s perfect for portraits, dinner parties, cocktail hour and/or outdoor reception seating.

The Succulent Garden: On cooler nights, cozy up by the wood burning fire place located right outside of the Orchid House with a paved walkway and gorgeous nooks for more photos – because who doesn’t need more photos!?

The Meeting Room/Outdoor Kitchen/Restrooms. Convenience and comfort are paramount, and the meeting room offers just that. It’s a versatile space ideal for the wedding party or as a vendor room and has restrooms for guests. Capacity 40 people.
