Whether hosting a multi-day extravagant affair at the romantic Amanjena in Marrakech  or choosing a French Polynesian wedding à deux, a mini micro-wedding for two at St. Regis Bora Bora; you will receive world class treatment. In the days leading up to the event, I scout high and low to find the ultimate spots, best views and hidden gems. Capturing your destination for you to treasure for years to come is amongst the highest priority for me. You deserve nothing but the best.

Consider this the dress rehearsal for your wedding.  A carefully planned, intentionally styled and well-executed engagement session sets the tone for your wedding day. Not only will you walk away with incredible photos, this process creates a solid foundation to make your wedding day completely stress-free. Your nerves will be calmed, trust will be strong and you will be fully present on your wedding day. Pre-wedding bridal sessions, boudoir and/or rehearsal dinner options are also available.

Your brand deserves it's own, unique story, for the world to see. An editorial shoot allows you to tell your story the way you want it to be told.  A stylist will source garments and accessories to put the final looks together, hair and makeup will be perfected and a planner will ensure everything runs smooth. This shoot will set the tone for your brand. Images can be used for magazine spreads, brand books,  print and digital ad campaigns and a variety of other uses.

Your photos are for personal use, meaning that you and family members can download, order prints, and albums from the online gallery. You can share these photos all over Facebook as long as you attribute or tag “Julie Ferneau Photography” with each image. Keep in mind, these files are copyrighted, meaning you are not allowed to edit, crop, or use these photos for promotional use. I love submitting couples photos to online publications, so please contact me beforehand so that we do not double submit.

If your collection comes with an album, the first draft will be sent to you no longer than 8 weeks after your online gallery has been delivered. I choose the images that best tell your wedding story in the best way to relive your wedding day. From there, you can add, remove or replace images, add/remove spreads and customize it to your liking. Once you approve the design, I will send over a final album layout for you to review and confirm your approval.

You will receive around  70-100 images per hour of coverage in your final gallery. You can expect to see a complete highlights gallery within 2 weeks of your wedding and your completed gallery, high-resolution downloadable digital files and a print release will be delivered within 8 weeks of your wedding.

Yes, as well as multiple backup cameras should anything happen to my primary cameras, lighting equipment or anything else. If you need me to turn in a copy of my insurance, please give me at least 30 days of advance notice.

Plan for at least 30 to 40 minutes your couple portraits. Please also allow time for family formals and wedding party. The length of time will be determined once I have all information from the wedding planner. We will work together to create a timeline that is realistic and properly planned out. Most of my couples choose to do a first look as it provides a stress-free timeline before the wedding rolls into action and allows you to enjoy cocktail hour with your friends and family. Make note of sunset time, this is always the best time to add in an additional time for portraits. 

Absolutely. In fact, I highly encourage you to add another photographer to any event over 300 guests so that there are 3 total photographers. This will allow our team to be everywhere at all times, even in the largest venues or event spaces. Let me know and I can add this to your collection.

Second photographers serve as an extra eye, to document all the moments I’m simply not present for because I’m photographing the main attraction (that’s you!) I’ll send my skilled second photographer to capture moments where the groom is getting ready, guests enjoying cocktail hour, and all the extra details that add to the overall story that is your wedding day. All full service weddings include a second photographer to maximize photography coverage. 

Once we confirm your date is available and decide on your custom wedding collection, a link will be emailed to you with your contract to review and sign. Once I receive your completed contract and the 50% retainer payment, your date is secured and I no longer accept inquiries for that date(s). The final balance is due 30 days prior to your event. 

Every wedding is unique and different which is why I create custom collections for each couple based on their plans.
